Sydney Cocktail Band - Cocktail Hour

Cocktail Hour is a combination of some of Sydney's best musicians and singers. The band is versatile in music and musicians depending on the venue and occasion. Cocktail Hour plays at many functions and weddings.

The band can consist of a combination of: male singer/percussionist, female piano player/singer, guitarist/singer, saxophonist, and various female singers. They form the right combination of musicians to suit the occasion, venue and style of music required.

Cocktail Hour plays music which is easy listening and fun to dance along to, somewhat a mixture of the kind of music played on Sydney radio stations MIX 106.5,104.1 and 101.7. It is a band that chooses songs by well known artists that have not been played too often but everyone still loves to hear. This song selection is why they are enjoyed by many age brackets both young and younger at heart.

Cocktail Hour was originally formed by Troy Smith a singer, percussionist and professional entertainer who has been in the entertainment industry for over 10 years. Troy has worked with many great musicians and singers over the years and he can really choose the right people for the job. Everyone in Cocktail Hour does what they do well and each gives a different texture to the band.
